M. Hofer
Mr. Hofer received his bachelor's degree from Benedictine
College in 1989 and his law degree Cum Laude
from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1993. While in law
school, Mr. Hofer was an associate editor for the Cooley Law Review
and served as co-chairperson for the Scholastic Review Board.
Since 1994, Mr. Hofer has been practicing law in the State of
Michigan serving as a trial lawyer specializing in the field of
personal injury litigation. Mr. Hofer's trial work includes automobile
negligence, premises liability, dog attacks, nursing home litigation
and no-fault insurance claims. Mr. Hofer is a member of the American
Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) and the Michigan Trial Lawyers
Association (MTLA) where he currently is a member of the executive
board. Mr. Hofer is also licensed to practice law in the State
of Illinois. Currently, Mr. Hofer serves as a case evaluator in
Ingham, Jackson, Clinton and Eaton Counties. In addition, Mr.
Hofer has frequently appeared as a lecturer in the field of automobile
negligence and premises liability litigation and has been a guest
speaker on radio and cable television regarding consumer advocate
