Bryan J. Waldman
Mr. Waldman received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from Wayne State University. In 2003-2004, he served as President of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Waldman is recognized in the current edition of "The Best Lawyers in America" in the specialty of personal injury and was selected to be included in the 2006 publication of "Michigan Super Lawyers" in the practice area of plaintiffs' personal injury. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, and Crime Victims Bar Association. He has frequently lectured on issues concerning Michigan's no-fault automobile insurance law, trucking litigation, and trial advocacy. Mr. Waldman's practice is devoted to representing seriously injured people and includes claims for no-fault benefits on behalf of those who have suffered brain injuries and spinal cord injuries, railroad cases, and semi-truck litigation.
