Bernard F. Finn received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. Finn was admitted to the practice of law in Michigan in 1976 and is admitted to practice before the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a former member of the Executive Board of the Ingham County Bar Association and was also a member of the Michigan Supreme Court Standing Committee on Criminal Jury Instructions. He has authored several published articles on a variety of legal topics and is a frequent speaker on divorce and domestic relations matters. Mr. Finn's practice is primarily focused on family law matters. He has been recognized in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America since 2001 in the field of domestic relations law. Bernie is an avid long distance bicyclist and has successfully finished three marathons.
